Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Milorad Dodik and the member of Presidency Sefik Dzaferovic met on Wednesday in Tirana with a special guest of this year’s Brdo – Brijuni Process meeting, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini.

At the meeting, interlocutors spoke about constituting of government in BiH, and about the fulfillment of the remaining conditions for the acquisition of an EU candidate status.

Both sides expressed the need to keep the positive momentum on the country’s European path, taking into account the ongoing situation.

Mogherini reaffirmed support for the European perspective of BiH once again.

The two Presidency members thanked Mogherini for all the support, saying they believe that the European Commission’s Opinion on BiH’s answers on the Questionnaire would be positive.

Also, they expressed hopes status of the EU candidate country would soon be adopted.

At the end of the meeting, BiH Presidency members invited Mogherini to visit BiH.
