BiH’s Prime Minister Denis Zvizdic met with HR Federica Mogherini in Berlin

High Representative/Vice-President Federica Mogherini held a series of bilateral meetings with the Western Balkans’ leaders in Berlin on Monday afternoon.

The High Representative met with the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Zvizdić; with President Aleksandar Vučić and Prime Minister Ana Brnabić of Serbia; with President Hashim Thaçi of Kosovo; with the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Zoran Zaev; with Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama and with the President of Montenegro, Milo Djukanović.

In these bilateral discussions, the High Representative and the leaders discussed the situation in the region and reaffirmed the importance and the commitment to regional cooperation, good neighborly relations and reconciliation, where the Prespa agreement set a historic example. In addition, they also discussed the progress and future perspectives on their respective paths towards the EU.

On Friday evening, Federica Mogherini attended a meeting with the Western Balkans’ leaders as well as Slovenia and Croatiaorganizeded by German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron.
