”Mostarski dragulji – za sva vremena” (Mostar jewels – for all times)  is the book by Josip Muselimović which was presented last night in Sarajevo, reports FENA.

The book contains 14 interviews with famous people from Mostar, who presented Mostar in the best possible way to the world.

The book is dedicated to great men and women of sport, acting, art, literature, which marked the second half of 20th century.

The book presents talks with Duško Bajević, Ivica Ćurković, Marijan Kvesić, Muhamed Mujić, Enver Marić, Dražen Dalipagić, Franjo Vladić, Jasna Merdan Kolar, Anto Vican, Predrag Matvejević, Florijan Mićković, Juso Nikšić, Krešo Ledić and Amila Bakšić.

”I’ve realized that time takes its toll,   and that there is a real danger that Mostar jewels become forgotten, and they must not be forgotten”, said Muselimović.

The book also represents the guidelines to young generations who are yet to become adults.

”Reading this book took me back to time when culture, art and sport were very important. We were very proud of Mostar’s men and women who made significant contribution to history of Mostar and BiH” , said mayor of Sarajevo Alija Behmen.

Book royalties will go to charity.

The end of the book was dedicated to BiH Nobel Award winners Ivo Andrić and Vladimir Prelog.

The producer of ”Mostarski dragulji” is publisher ”Arabic”.
