Bosnia records 70 Deaths related to COVID-19

In the last 24 hours, 1,255 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and 70 deaths have been recorded, according to data from the entities and the public health institutes of the Brcko District.

In the past 24 hours, 2,573 samples were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, of which 845 were positive for SARS-CoV-

New cases have been registered in all cantons in the Federation of BiH. A total of 249,175 samples have been tested so far, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 46,937 individuals.

In the last 24 hours, 16 deaths were reported to the Republika Srpska Institute of Public Health, in which the presence of a new corona virus was confirmed. These are eight women and eight men, six of whom are from Banja Luka, two from Bijeljina, Zvornik and Teslic, one person each from Foca, Mrkonjic Grad, Nevesinje and Vlasenica.

So far, 25,818 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in RS, and a total of 749 people have died in whom a test for the new coronavirus has been confirmed.

In RS, a total of 10,542 people have recovered from the new coronavirus so far, and a total of 121,983 people have been tested. Today, 48 new cases of coronavirus infection and one death were registered in the Brcko District of BiH.
