Bosnia records Highest Number of COVID Positive Cases in One Day

In the past 24 hours, almost 2,000 new positive cases and 21 deaths have been recorded in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the past 24 hours, 2,896 samples were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, of which 1,219 were positive for the virus. New cases have been registered in all cantons in the Federation of BiH.

A total of 201,479 samples have been tested so far, and the virus has been confirmed in 29,800 people. As of today, 19,083 patients have been cured in the Federation of BiH, and in the past 24 hours, recovery has been recorded in 420 patients.

Currently, 9,961 cases are positive for SARS-CoV-2. In the past 24 hours, 12 new deaths were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH.

As of today, the total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 756, 503 men and 253 women. Thirty-five new cases of virus infection have been registered in the Brcko District of BiH. In the last 24 hours, nine deaths have been reported to the Republika Srpska Institute of Public Health.
