Bosnian Defense Minister meets NATO Commander Brigadier General William Edwards

Minister of Defense of Bosnia-Herzegovina Sifet Podzic, met in Sarajevo with NATO Commander in Sarajevo, Brigadier General William Edwards on Friday.

During the meeting, minister Podzic presented the steps of the implementation of the adopted Reform Program document and further steps ahead for the BiH Ministry of Defense in that context.

Brigadier General Edwards praised the cooperation so far and pledged the needed assistance to the Ministry of Defense and Bosnian Armed Forces activities resulting from the Reform Program.

The meeting, which was also attended by Secretary of the BiH Ministry of Defense, Muhamed Smajic, Assistant Minister of Defense for International Cooperation Zoran Sajinovic and Assistant Minister of Defense for Policy and Planning, Adem Spahic, also focused on the cooperation so far, as well as the upcoming projects of the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia-Herzegovina with NATO.
