Among the football players who are going to Saudi Arabia to earn money is the Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) National Team Player Gojko Cimirot, a 30-year-old midfielder.
Two days ago, Cimirot said goodbye to Standard Liege, after his contract with the Belgian club expired.
“After five years, it’s time to say goodbye. We’ve been through a lot and I can say that we’ve become like family. Thanks to the entire Standard team, and my teammates, I’m sure we’ll meet somewhere. Good luck, my friends,” wrote Cimirot.
Cimirot arrived in Standard in January 2018 from PAOK for two and a half million euros. He played more than 200 games and scored two goals.
The starting player of the BiH National Team should continue his career in the Al-Fayha football club.
