Bosnian from Sweden Candidate for the European Parliament

Style: "rk1"Jasenko Selimović, Swedish politician originally from Sarajevo is a candidate for the European Parliament elections, which will be held in May of this year.

Selimović,who moved to Sweden during the war in B&H, pursued a political carrier and might be the first politician of B&H origin to participate in European Parliament, announces Anadolija.

Jasenko Selimović was born in 1968 in Sarajevo and he is the president of Liberal Political Party. Since 2010, he is the Secretary Minister of integration of Sweden.

He was graduated from the Academy of Arts in Sarajevo and from the Institute of Drama in Stockholm. He was chosen as director of theater Gothenburg city and in 1998 was appointed as artistic director.

He is the winner of many theater awards for artistic achievement and contribution to the Swedish arts.

European Parliament election will be held in every country of EU from 22-25 May, 2014.
