znak-koncertAfter “Plesa na točkovima” and “Sedma Soba”, the association Kontakt will have the premiere of “Concert with walnuts, hummer and safety pins”, directed by Selma Spahić, at SARTR, on 16th January 2014, at 20:00.

This concert is a result of research of traditional rules and rural songs in B&H, which examines the influence of mentality and tradition in modern life.

This performance represents the traditional customs into modern times, whether is possible to break away stereotypes and how we determine the ancestral atavism. Members of ensemble Etnoakademik of Music Academy in Sarajevo, together with the actress Maja Izetbegović and the actor Ermin Bravo will perform a concert of traditional singing with three unusual instruments-walnuts, hammer and safety pins.
