The Futsal national team of Bosnia-Herzegovina gathered in Zenica and started preparations for the EURO 2022 qualifying tournament, which will be held from 29 January to 1 February at the Husein Smajlovic Arena.
Selector Ivo Krezo commented on the team health:
“Unfortunately, we will not be able to count on Srdjan Ivankovic in this tournament who has an injury to his back lodge. Mirko Hrkac has sinusitis, but we believe he will be ready for the tournament. “
“Last year at the same time,we were convincingly the first in the tournament. I hope we can make such results now. Our rating is above our opponents and we do not run away from the role of favorites. We want the first place in the group. We do not underestimate anyone, Cyprus has a good team, and Switzerland is well advanced and they are investing in futsal. We must be careful, but also believe that we can achieve our goals. “
The first match of the tournament our national team will play against Cyprus January 29th at 4:00 pm.
