The World Paraswimming Meeting in Cairo has ended, and the representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina had an excellent performance on the third day of the competition.
Ismail Zulfić excelled in the 50 meter butterfly. BH representative won the bronze medal in the senior A final, and silver in the junior competition.
Ismail Barlov had his performance today, who in the same discipline swam a time worth sixth place in the senior A final, while he finished the race in the junior competition in fourth position.
On the first two days of the competition in Egypt, Ismail Barlov won the senior gold medal in the 50-meter breaststroke, and in the 150-meter mixed medley, he won a silver medal in the senior competition and a gold medal among juniors.
Ismail Zulfić temporarily won silver in the junior competition in the 200 medley.
“The representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, although the youngest at the World Series, with their results managed to place Bosnia and Herzegovina at the very top of the world paraswimming. This is just the beginning, we believe the best is yet to come,” said Amel Kapo, selector of the paraswimming team of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Fena reports.
