With yesterday’s gathering in Zenica, preparations for ”A” representation for qualifier in Andorra, and later on for friendly match with Austria, officially began. Selector Mehmed Baždarević noted that the most important thing is that everyone come healthy, willing and ready to work.
”We will try to prepare well for this match, which is extremely important to us. I watched Andorra with my associates and we know what is waiting for us, but we are better prepared, and it is up to us to show maximum seriousness”, said Baždarević.
All representatives have arrived except Emir Spahić who is coming today. Until the end, it was uncertain whether Emir Spahić would come, as he said, during the one conversation with selector, that it might be the time for new, younger players.
However, selector didn’t agree, and he awaits for Spahić with impatience.
