A prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed an indictment against the accused who is charged that within the electoral process in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2018 he committed the criminal offense of Voting Fraud under Article 152 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

The indictment was filed against Jovan Kosutic, born in 1978 in Sarajevo, a citizen of BiH.

The accused is charged that on 7 October 2018, during the general elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina, he as a member of the Polling Station Committee at the Trnjaci Polling Station in the Brčko District of BiH, voted instead of another person under his name.

He is charged that he fraudulently, without the knowledge of four voters, who did not go to the polls and exercised their right to vote, falsified their signatures on the voter list, signed and voted instead of them under their names.

The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
