Bosnian Minister of Security Fahrudin Radoncic met with the Head of the Diplomatic Bureau of Belgium in Sarajevo, William Asselborn, and discussed the security situation and the cooperation of police agencies.

Asselborn supported the new approach of the Bosnian Ministry of Security in dealing with the migrant situation, noting that Belgium also pays close attention to the security aspect of the problem.

The interlocutors also discussed the fight against terrorism and Asselborn offered the opportunity to exchange experiences in the field.

Radončić briefed Asselborn on the process of co-operation with EUROPOL and the establishment of contact points in BiH for co-operation with the EU police agency.
