The Ambassador of Great Britain to BiH Nigel Casey announced that the local administration in Kozarska Dubica is ready to do a lot in order to improve the business environment and to enable investors to come and invest in the area.

Casey visited the company “Dempson Bosna”, which is owned by the company “Dempson Packaging Ltd” from Great Britain. He then met with the Mayor of Kozarska Dubica Mileta Zlojutra and her colleagues.

“I had excellent meetings at ‘Dempson’ and with the mayor, where we spoke about the opportunities for other investors to follow the successful path of our company in Kozarska Dubica, which is owned by the company ‘Dempson Packaging’ from Great Britain. They deal with the production of paper products and packaging’’, said Casey.

He confirmed that he spoke with Zlojutra on the kind of business opportunities that Kozarska Dubica offers, and how to use the geographical advantage of this area, as well as its proximity to the border with the EU.

“Here, there are other companies that are successfully producing and exporting. I am encouraged by what I have heard, and that there exists a local administration that is ready to do a lot in order to improve the business environment and make it possible for investors to come to this area and invest’’, said Casey.

The owner of the company ‘Dempson Packaging Ltd’ John Kacauer announced that he is very impressed with the company ‘Dempson’ in Kozarska Dubica, which employs around 60 people.

He expressed his gratitude to the local leadership’s assistance to the company since its establishment in 2004.

“I am satisfied with the work of the company. We have introduced some new concepts and our products have a market in Great Britain’’, said Kacauer and added that in the next period they would cooperate with the local administration and the mayor in order to find new concepts and ideas, and to try to expand production in this area.
