The website BestBrokers.com published a report on real estate prices in Europe, or rather how much average salary is needed to buy an apartment in a European country.

The research also included our country, and according to this parameter, Bosnia and Herzegovina is the fifth “most expensive” country on the Old Continent.

Citizens of BiH need 255 average salaries to buy a 100 square meter property.

Behind our country in this parameter are Montenegro (256), Slovenia (261), the Czech Republic (274) and Slovakia (297).

On the other side of the list, the least average salary is needed to buy a property in Denmark, and the figure is 114.

Ireland (123), Sweden (129), and Spain and Belgium (132 each) are also at the top.

However, it is worth noting that Denmark, which is at the top of Europe in this parameter, is among the more expensive countries in the European Union in terms of food prices, transportation, rental accommodation and other economic factors, Klix.ba writes.
