Canada has announced that it will send more than 800 home-made drones to Ukraine, the Canadian Ministry of Defense announced.
The announcement stated that it is a question of unmanned aerial vehicles of the SkyRanger R70 model, which will contribute to the defense of Ukraine.
The total value of the drones is more than 70 million dollars.
It added that drones are crucial in intelligence gathering and can also be used to transport materials.
Unmanned aerial vehicles will help Ukrainian soldiers to identify any source of heat from a long distance, especially in the dark and in bad weather conditions.
