CEC to cancel Elections in Stolac?

electionsOne of the issues discussed in the today’s session of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of BiH will be the Proposal for a Decision on the cancellation of elections in Stolac.

On the day of the Local elections and due to the incident at the polling station, the electoral process in Stolac terminated on October 2nd.

The Appellate Council confirmed the decision of the CEC on the removal of Salmir Kaplan from the lists of candidates for mayor and Demir Mahmut, Ahmet Ljubović and Bozo Raguz from the lists for the municipal council.

Earlier, the Court confirmed the CEC’s decision to dismiss the municipal election administration in Stolac.

According to the announcements from the Information Office of the CEC, after the session, president of CEC Irena Hadziabdic will address to the media.
