The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC BiH) today made a decision on determining the polling stations for the voting of BiH citizens in diplomatic and consular missions of Bosnia and Herzegovina abroad.
The decision was adopted at the 50th emergency correspondence session of the CEC of BiH with six votes in favor.
As explained at the session, for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina who temporarily live abroad and have the right to vote, it is necessary to organize voting in diplomatic and consular missions that meet the prescribed conditions.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina previously submitted its consent to the proposed decision.
Voting will be organized in 20 diplomatic and consular missions of Bosnia and Herzegovina: Consulate General of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Munich, embassies of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Vienna, Amman and Berlin, Consulate General in Stuttgart, Honorary Consulate in Graz, Consulate General in Frankfurt, embassies in Stockholm and Copenhagen, Honorary Consulate for Upper Austria in Linz, embassies in The Hague and Ljubljana, Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Brussels for Belgium and Luxembourg, Honorary Consulate in Salzburg, the Consulate General in Chicago, the embassies in Oslo, Zagreb, Doha and Belgrade, and the Consulate General of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Rijeka.
