Cement Factory Kakanj hosted Austrian Businessmen

13059922_1163152757069012_1611717443_nRepresentatives of Austrian companies led by Sigmund Nemeti, trade counselor in the Embassy of Austria in BiH, visited the Cement Factory Kakanj on Thursday, April 21, 2016. On this occasion, the director executive of the factory for the production and technical issues Izudin Neimarlija presented all main business activities which the Cement Factory Kakanj implemented since privatization until today.

“Cement Factory Kakanj is a member of the prestigious German group Heidelberg Cement which seriously approached every segment of operations in BiH, especially to the process of investing in environmental protection. We fulfill all our liabilities towards all our partners, employees and institutions. We are very proud of our achievements in the field of environmental protection. Today, it is obvious that the Cement Factory Kakanj is the best example of socially responsible operating in BiH,” said Neimarlija while presenting Heidelberg Cement group in the world, region and BiH. “Bosnia and Herzegovina has great potentials for investing, and we are an example that investing in BiH pays off and that great results are achievable through long-term planning,” Neimarlija added.

Sigmund Nemeti thanked the Administration of the Cement Factory Kakanj for enabling the Austrian businessmen to be well informed with this positive side of Kakanj and BiH. “I am very happy that we can show very positive examples of business in BiH to the representatives of companies from Austria. Cement Factory Kakanj is an example of good privatization, good business, and good business partner in general,” Nemeti said.

While visiting the plants, representatives of companies has an opportunity to see concrete results of long-term investing and get practical answers to the questions related to the process of implementation of investments in Kakanj and broader.
