Central Bank of BiH updated the List of blocked Accounts

The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina has updated the list of blocked accounts of business entities in BiH.

According to a report released on August 1st, the CBBH Unified Registry of Accounts stated that at the end of July this year, a total of 93,630 business entities were blocked in BiH, which is 10 more than the previous month.

The CBBH report also stated that 51,097 companies were blocked, which have at least one account blocked.

The latest report lists businesses, such as stores, hair salons, gas stations, pharmacies, clinics, cafes and restaurants.

In the new report on blocked accounts in the Single Registry of the CBBH account it was stated that at the end of May 2019, 94,178 accounts of business entities were blocked in BiH, which is 472 companies more than in the previous month.

The CBBH report also states that 50,959 firms have blocked at least one account.

In a new report, featuring 3,767 pages, business entities from all spheres of social life, from business enterprises, stores, hair salons, petrol pumps, chemists, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants to various agencies, cooperatives, firms have been listed.

In this list there are also mines, local communities and municipalities.

In the first report of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, published at the beginning of November 2012, the number of blocked accounts of business entities in BiH amounted to 58,038, while 35,694 companies had at least one blocked bank account.
