Central Election Commission decides on the most Favorable Bidder for Printing of Ballots

At its 36th (emergency) session held on Saturay, the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina passed a Decision on the selection of the most favorable bidder, which awards the Framework Agreement for Procurement of Printing and Packaging of Ballots for the 2020 Local Elections to the bidder Unioninvestplastika Sarajevo, Biznis Info reports,

The bidder “Unioninvestplastika” Sarajevo, after the decision becomes final and after the legal conditions are met, will be awarded a framework agreement for a total value of 688,485 BAM without VAT, or 805,528 BAM with VAT, for a period of up to two years.

By the deadline for submission of bids, two bids for services of printing and packaging of ballots for the Local Elections 2020 have been submitted.

In addition to the selected bidder, the bid was submitted by a group of bidders whose representative is “Atlantic BB” Ltd. Banja Luka, who offered a price for the service in the amount of 920,002 BAM without VAT, or 1,076,402 BAM with VAT.

The Decision on the selection of the most favorable bidder for the procurement of services for printing and packaging of ballots for the Local Elections 2020 is allowed to appeal to the Central Election Commission of BiH within 10 days from the day of receipt of the decision.
