High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, and Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, Johannes Hahn, welcomed the united stance and agreement of all levels of government in the process of completing the response to further questions from the European Commission’s Questionnaire.
The EU’s high officials have repeated their strong support and commitment to BiH’s European integration process and called on the BiH Presidency to continue to work on the country’s European path, to use a positive atmosphere to continue and accelerate the implementation of reform measures.
Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency Chairman Milorad Dodik handed over the answers to additional 655 questions from the Questionnaire as a result of cooperation within the established Mechanism of Coordination.
“The positive opinion of the European Commission, as well as the EU Council’s decision to acquire candidate status as soon as possible, would be a powerful boost to the implementation of all necessary reforms and fulfillment of the criteria for EU membership,” Dodik said.
Dodik thanked for continued support and assistance in the process of European integration, for which there is an absolute consensus of all relevant political factors.
