In the report of the high representative, according to media reports, it is stated that the authorities of the Republika Srpska entity continued to undermine state institutions, and that Milorad Dodik continued to question the territorial integrity, sovereignty and multi-ethnic character of the state.

Al Jazeera correspondent from Washington Ivica Puljić said that he was confirmed by the UN that Christian Schmidt will not attend that session, where one of the topics is the extension of EUFOR’s mandate in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
