Chairman of the Presidency of BiH met with the Deputy Secretary General for Political Affairs of EEAS

ivanic-beliardChairman of the Presidency of BiH Mladen Ivanic received the Deputy Secretary General for Political Affairs – Political Director of the European External Action Service (EEAS), Jean-Christophe Belliard.

Chairman of the Presidency of BiH Mladen Ivanic welcomed the Deputy Secretary General for Political Affairs – Political Director of EEAS, who is paying an official visit to BiH.

Talking about the recent visit to Brussels and meetings with numerous officials of the EU and NATO, Chairman Ivanic stated that it was very successful and further noted his satisfaction with the support expressed for the European future of BiH.

Belliard emphasized the need to continue the positive trend from the year before, which was a very successful year for our country, as well as to continue with the reform process that would bring progress in all sectors of interest for BiH.

They agreed that the European path of BiH has no alternative and that joint engagement is needed for the implementation of the necessary reforms on the path of BiH towards its membership in the EU.
