mladen ivanicThe Chairman of the Presidency of BiH Mladen Ivanic informed that the informal consultation to the presidency on the occasion, as he says, non-institutional decisions to start the lawsuit at the International Court of Justice against Serbia, will be held on Thursday, March 2nd.

He said that he does not expect anything special on these consultations, explaining that it is scheduled for Thursday because today is a non-working day in the Federation.

“I do not expect anything special – I have my attitude, Izetbegovic has its own, but Covic something between,” said Ivanic.

He recalled that a special session of the BiH Presidency was interrupted when the Bosniak member of the Presidency Bakir Izetbegovic did not want to discuss the submission of the application for revision of a judgment against Serbia.

He added that the Croatian member of the BiH Presidency Dragan Covic left the session and that is why Ivanic decided to convene informal consultations of the members of the BiH institutions.

Ivanic repeated and that all arguments show that there is no legal basis for the revision of the lawsuit and that the decision was not made in the BH institutions.
