The basketball players of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) will compete at the EuroBasket, which begins in August, and the Dragons will play their matches in Cyprus.

Limassol is the host of Group C, which includes BiH, Spain, Italy, Greece, Georgia, and Cyprus.

Long before the start of the European basketball tournament, ChatGPT gave a prediction of all the results in the group where the team led by coach Adis Beciragic will compete.

1. BiH – Cyprus

Result: 90:65

Analysis: BiH has far greater quality in the team with players like Dzanan Musa and Jusuf Nurkic, while Cyprus is not at that level. Offensive dominance and an easy victory for BiH are expected. Cyprus will try, but won’t be able to match them.

2. Greece – Italy

Result: 85:78

Analysis: Greece, with Giannis Antetokounmpo, presents a serious challenge for Italy. Although Italy has a solid team, Greece is superior in individual talent and physical play. A tough battle is expected, but Giannis will be decisive in the final phase of the match and bring victory to Greece.

3. Georgia – Spain

Result: 72:90

Analysis: Spain is the favorite in this match with much more experience and a deeper roster. Georgia is solid, but Spain is at a higher level. Spain is expected to control the game, and Georgia will not be able to keep up with such a strong opponent.

4. Cyprus – Greece

Result: 70:88

Analysis: Cyprus will not be able to withstand the pressure Greece applies with its physically dominant players. Greece will dictate the pace, and Cyprus will be in a difficult position to match their game, especially in phases when Giannis takes control.

5. Spain – BiH

Result: 85:77

Analysis: BiH will be competitive, especially through the play of Dzanan Musa and Jusuf Nurkic, but Spain is much more cohesive and versatile. Spain will use its depth and experience, and gain the key advantage in the final minutes of the game.

6. Italy – Georgia

Result: 80:70

Analysis: Italy has a more stable team and quality players, while Georgia is not strong enough to maintain control over all 40 minutes. Italy will manage to create a lead in the second half through experienced play and team coordination, and come to victory.

7. Spain vs Cyprus

Result: 90:60

Analysis: This will be an easier game for Spain, which will dominate with a large difference in quality and experience. Cyprus will be heavily inferior compared to Spain, who will easily secure the win.

8. Georgia vs Greece

Result: 82:70

Analysis: Greece is simply the stronger team and, although Georgia has several talented players, they won’t be able to match Giannis and the other Greek players. Greece will control the game from start to finish and achieve a convincing victory.

9. BiH vs Italy

Result: 75:83

Analysis: This game will be extremely exciting and evenly matched. BiH will play with a lot of passion, but Italy is a serious team with experience. The key difference will come in the final period, when Italy will manage to pull away thanks to their collective play and accurate shooting.

10. Cyprus vs Georgia

Result: 65:75

Analysis: Georgia will have no trouble defeating Cyprus. Although Cyprus is not a weak team, Georgia is simply too strong for them.

11. Italy vs Spain

Result: 78:84

Analysis: Spain is still the favorite even though Italy can pose a serious challenge. However, Spain is a team with depth and quality, especially in key moments of the game. Spain is expected to take control in the second half and win.

12. Greece vs BiH

Result: 86:74

Analysis: BiH will offer resistance, but Greece will control the game, and Giannis will be the key player who will ensure a secure victory for Greece.

13. Italy vs Cyprus

Result: 85:65

Analysis: Italy has a stronger team with experience in major competitions, while Cyprus has a more limited roster. Italy is a heavy favorite for this match.

14. BiH – Georgia

Result: 80:75

Analysis: BiH has a balanced team with leaders like Dzanan Musa and Jusuf Nurkic, while Georgia depends on individuals such as Shengelia and Shermadini, which may not be enough for victory.

15. Spain – Greece

Result: 90:85

Analysis: Although Greece has Giannis, Spain has a deeper team with a lot of experience and quality at all positions, which makes them the favorites.

Final standings in Group C: Spain (5–0); Greece (4-1); Italy (3-2); BiH (2-3); Georgia (1-4); Cyprus (0-5).

The gathering of Europe’s best national teams will be held from August 27th to September 14th, 2025.

The final match is scheduled for September 14th at the Xiaomi Arena in Riga.

By the draw, the following groups were drawn:

Group A: Portugal, Estonia, Latvia, Turkey, Serbia, and Czech Republic

Group B: Germany, Finland, Great Britain, Lithuania, Sweden, and Montenegro

Group C: Cyprus, Italy, Georgia, Spain, Greece, and BiH

Group D: Iceland, France, Slovenia, Poland, Belgium, and Israel
