At the fair of autochthonous cheese of the Balkans, which was held last weekend in Belgrade, cheese from BiH have won four of five awards. Namely, “Kupres cheese” won the first place, “Tesanj cheese” Zlatna kap “Livno cheese” by the dairy Orman and the fifth “Goat cheese” from dairy Mons from Teslic.
On the fifth “Balkan Cheese Festival” cheese from BiH presented their products in the competition of 300 cheeses from Serbia, Montenegro, BiH and Switzerland, which was the guest country of the festival.
With the support of USAID / Sweden FARMA II project their products were presented by the CSF Zlatna kap Jelah, Tešanj (eight kind of cheese), ZZ Promilk, Prozor (one cheese), cheese Eco Puda, Livno (three kinds of cheese), Mons product, Teslić (two cheeses), Milch Kupres, Kupres (five kinds of cheese), Mandíko and Banja Luka (cheese and cream).
Previously mentioned awards are yet another in a series of certificates of the outstanding quality of our cheese.
