Milanko Kajganić, the chief state prosecutor, in a statement for BHRT, stated that the allegations filed against him by Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina are not true.

He adds that all subjects are assigned exclusively in accordance with the Rulebook on the TCMS system. And a greater number of changes of prosecutors in the last year were also carried out through CMS, due to the activity of specialization of the work of prosecutor’s departments, for example, so that all corruption cases would be in the Department for Corruption.

Let us remind you that Transparency International, in its report to the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor against Kaganić, states that the vast majority of cases were assigned outside the automatic management system.

Because of this, his predecessor in this position, Gordana Tadić, was dismissed.
