Christian Schmidt visited the Francian Church in Mostar

Christian Schmidt, the newly appointed High Representative,arrived on Friday in our country with his family, and yesterday he continued to get to know Herzegovina.

On Friday, Schmidt visited the Tvrdos monastery near Trebinje and the Blagaj tekke. After that, he went to Mostar where he spent the night.

In Mostar, he also visited the Franciscan Church and Saint Peter and Paul Monastery.

Schmidt was welcomed by Fr. Ante Maric and Fr. Iko Skokowho introduced him to the activities of this parish, history, and different projects that have been realized or are currently in progress.

German Christian Schmidt will officially take over the role of High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today, succeeding Valentin Inzko, Klix.ba writes.
