CIA offers a Job with the annual Salary of $ 161.900 if you know Bosnian Language

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), headquartered in Washington, has published a job ad for the position of foreign language instructor, and among others, they need the United States (US) citizens with excellent knowledge of Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian language.

The CIA in an ad which was published a few months ago, was searching for the citizens with the excellent knowledge of mentioned languages, and besides “the ability to defend the US”, potential employees get cash bonuses up to $ 35 thousands immediately after employment, depending on language knowledge and the function they are taking.

The most appealing job is the one for foreign language instructor in the CIA, with a salary of $ 161.900, without different bonuses. The lowest salary for the mentioned job position in Washington is $ 56.805 per year.

“The CIA provides top quality training for energetic, creative and persistent intelligence professionals. Language instructors run programs that provide students with all the necessary cultural and language skills needed for working and living abroad, “ says the job ad.

For those interested in more operational work, the CIA is looking for candidates who will collect, process, and exploit open sources of information, where the salary is somewhat lower.

“As an Open Source Exploitation  Officer (OSEO) for the CIA, you will discover, collect and evaluate publicly available information, known as Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), in a dynamic, ever-expanding digital environment. OSINT includes traditional media, academic papers, geospatial data and technology, data sets, social media and it has an important role in all aspects of the Agency’s work, “ says the ad.
