vacationMany BiH citizens will use their summer holidays to travel to some of most famous European and world’s tourist destinations. According to some travel agencies, there is slight decrease of interest for Turkey this year, while the prices for that destination are up to 65 % lower.

“Besides Sicily, Greece, Spain and Turkey, closer destinations such as Albania and Croatia are also offered. Hit offer of this year’s summer is definitely Sicily which have enormously increased number of registered clients in comparison with the last year. There are also airline and bus arrangements for Sicily,” as stated from the agency Sol Azur & Buena Vista.

They also stated that the interest of citizens is increased for Spain and Greece, and that there is decline in the number of reported clients on resorts in Turkey.

Arrangement prices depend on the selected hotel and transport services in the hotel, as well as additional specifications, but generally arrangement price are conditioned by the global interest of the world market, and we can definitely say that due to horrible events that took place there is significant decline of prices for services in Turkish resorts, said from this agency.

From travel agency Kompas – Sarajevo Ltd. stated that “this year the citizens are mostly interested in Croatia, which is followed by Albania and Greece”.

From the agency Relax Tours emphasized that “most of citizens are interested in Turkey like every year.”

“We have charter flights, from May to September and there is a good occupancy rate. We also have a bus tour of Spain and the interest is very good. There is also great interest for the Adriatic region as well;” as stated from this agency.

From travel agency Fibula Air Travel Sarajevo stated that “most of their passengers are interested in the destination of Turkey-Antalya region as in previous years, for which they have two charter flights a week.”

After Turkey, citizens are also interested in the Adriatic Sea, Croatia and Montenegro.
