The city of Mostar has been awarded as the host city for the Southeast Europe Prayer Breakfast, which should be organized in May 2021. Congressman Robert B. Aderholt expressed satisfaction in a letter to the organizers that Mostar was given this honor, Fena news agency reports.

In a letter sent to the Chairman of the Organizing Board of the Prayer Breakfast in Mostar, Dalibor Milos, on behalf of friends and members involved with the US “House Prayer Group”, he assessed that the event would be organized successfully.

As Congressman Aderholt stated the coronavirus pandemic has had interrupting effects on daily life around the world. He expressed hope that Southeast Europe Prayer Breakfast gathering in May next year, held in a city known for its bridge between religions, cultures and nations, will unite those distanced by the virus around Jesus’ message “Love Your Neighbor As Yourself “.

He paid tribute to the International Prayer Fellowship-Mostar in preparations and said that he hoped that the gathering planned for 2021 would energize the citizens of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Western Balkans and the world.
