Coalition: Elections at polling stations where significant Irregularities have been found must be annulled

The Coalition for Free and Fair Elections “Under the Magnifier” called on the Central Election Commission of BiH (CEC BiH) to annul the elections in all polling stations where significant electoral irregularities were found, and the competent authorities to sanction those responsible.

In a statement, this coalition points out that the re-counting of ballots for the level of president and vice president of the entity of Republika Srpska has proved a series of irregularities, and misuses that the Coalition, as they state, has been warning the public and competent institutions about for years.

“According to the findings of election day observation and the work of the Main Counting Center for the General Elections in BiH in 2022, significant differences in the election results determined by recounting, copies of ballots in bags, and the disappearance of some sensitive election materials clearly indicate that this was a case of organized and conscious committing of criminal acts with the aim of influencing the election results,” warns the Coalition.
