In Široki Brijeg, a large amount of cocaine was found in packages of bananas in a company, and the case was reported to the police by the owner of the company in Široki Brijeg, whose employees discovered the drug.

As it was unofficially confirmed for Klix.ba, it is a company in the town of Trn, which deals with the import and export of fruits and vegetables, and it is assumed that the shipment of bananas with cocaine was delivered to that company by mistake.

Yesterday, while working in the warehouse, workers found cocaine in packages of bananas and immediately informed their boss, who called the owner of the company.

They informed the Ministry of Interior of the West Herzegovina Canton about everything, which called the competent services to intervene.

Members of the State Protection Investigation Agency (SIPA) went to the field and are carrying out all investigative actions provided for by law in order to investigate the case that caused a shock in Široki Brijeg.

It is said to be between 120 and 150 kilograms of cocaine, the total value of which is between 20 and 30 million BAM.
