Participants of the sixteenth International Youth Work Camp EMMAUS started the construction of the house of the returnee family of Esad Mehić from Konjević Polje, living in an unconditional residential building with four minor children.

Young people staying at the camp from seven countries will also work on the construction of this housing unit.

The Mehić family was recently visited by the Federal Minister of Displaced Persons and Refugees, Edin Ramić, where he promised the construction of a new, adequate housing facility, which will meet the needs of the six-member Mehić family.

The Federal Ministry of Displaced Persons and Refugees has provided all the necessary construction materials that the camp participants will install.

The Mehić family is expected to move into the new premises by the beginning of the winter days.
