The meetings focused on exchanging views on the current security situation and discussing issues of importance to local communities. Major General Fronda reaffirmed EUFOR’s commitment to maintaining regular dialogue with local authorities, recognising the important role they play in promoting stability and understanding local perspectives.
During the visits, Major General Fronda also welcomed the efforts of both municipalities to invest in young people and create opportunities for future generations.
“Young people are the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina. By investing in their education, development and opportunities, we are investing in a safer, stronger and more prosperous future for the country,”said Major General Fronda.
