Companies from BiH at Agriculture Fair in Novi Sad

novi-sadThe RS Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with the BiH Foreign Trade Chamber is organizing an appearance of BiH business people at the 80th international agriculture fair in Novi Sad, which will be held from 18-24 may 2013.

At a joint stand, nine companies from the RS will present their products.

It is expected that the President of Serbia Tomislav Nikolić will open the fair on Saturday, 18 May.

Since the Novi Sad fair is celebrating this year its 90 years of existence, the evening before the official opening will include an event for the festive academy, which will also be opened by the President of Serbia and include the participation of representatives of social and political sphere, diplomatic corps and companies from the area of agro-business.

As part of the fair, on 22 May there will be an international business forum called AgroB2B@NSFair, which is organized by the Novi Sad Fair and in cooperation with the Vojvodina Foreign Trade Chamber and the European Network of Entrepreneurship in Serbia-Serbian Chamber of Commerce and University in Novi Sad.

The goal of the business meeting is to help local companies to quickly acquire international partners at the fair.

The international agricultural fair is the biggest agro-business event in Serbia and in the region and is one of the five leading fairs in Europe and tenth in the world, according to statistics from “Eichberg Ag Trade Show Report” from 2010.

This year’s fair will gather the most important individuals, associations and companies from the area of agriculture and related industries that will present products and services from more than 50 countries in the world. The country partner is Croatia, announced the RS Chamber of Commerce.
