State Minister of Security Zukan Helez explained how drones are exported from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).

As he explained, a private BiH company exports civilian drones, onto which grenades are later mounted, turning them into “deadly” aircraft.

“It is a private company. Ministries do not need to give approval if it is a civilian drone. They are produced as civilian drones. Grenades and fuzes are produced in BiH. These are exported separately. And then they are assembled in the country they are exported to. Now I have revealed everything about how this is done. The grenade mounted on the drone is produced in Vogosca, it is no secret, the fuze is produced in Bugojno, and it is assembled, making it a deadly drone manufactured in BiH,” Helez said in an interview.

He added that “we have over a hundred companies engaged in the production and trade of weapons.”

“And that is no secret. They all have approvals. And in the near future, this will become mass production,” Helez stated.
