The Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina will begin activities to prepare the exhibition of companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina at the food industry fair ANUGA FINE FOOD 2021, which will be held in Cologne from 9 to 13 October.

The ANUGA fair is one of the world’s most important fairs in the food industry. The significance of the ANUGA fair is all the greater because the organizer (Koelnmesse) pays special attention to the latest world trends in the production, supply and consumption of food and beverages, and accordingly organizes a number of accompanying events.

Last year, nine BH companies presented their products at the Anuga Fine Food 2019 fair in the German city of Cologne. The companies were “Anđelić” from Trebinje, “Mladegs pak” from Prnjavor, Sarajevo companies “Milkos”, “Jami”, “Speniš market” and “Zera agricultural investment management”, and “As holding” from Tešanj, Kolmiks from Velika Kladuša and Vita Life from Visoko.

This fair, which will close on October 13th, is one of the world’s most important events of the food industry and complementary industries, according to the BiH Foreign Trade Chamber. “The main objective of organizing such a comprehensive, yet specialized trade show event is to promote companies, and thus various agricultural and food products from all over the world, in one place, and to create an opportunity to expand existing and create new business relationships,” was stated in the statement.

Anuga, the world’s largest trade fair for food and beverages, breaks new grounds for the developments of the entire industry.

It is the most important industry meeting point as the figures of 2017 once again impressively demonstrate: With 7,405 exhibitors and about 165,000 visitors, Anuga Cologne is clearly the number one food fair!
