The Prevent Group has two plants in Srebrenica, Prevent Srebrenica and Prevent Components, and they are employing around 200 workers from the municipalities of Srebrenica and Bratunac.

This BH company was established back in 1999 and it had 50 employees then, while today, 19 years later, it employs more than 7,000 workers together with ASA Group.

“Our goal since the establishment of the company has been to hire a new employee every day. Prevent Components was founded in Srebrenica in 2012 and it employed 6 workers back then, and now it has 73 employees,” said Admir Sejdinovic, the manager of Prevent Components.

This plant is engaged in the production of interior parts for vehicles and leather covers for handbrake and automatic gear shift.

“We produce more than 3,000 leather hand covers for handbrake on a daily basis, and that is a million pieces on the annual level. We export to famous European brands such as BMW, Opel, Audi, Peugeot and Volvo,” said Sejdinovic.

Prevent Srebrenica is part of the Prevent Group since the year of 2015 when this company was taken over from Cimos. At the moment, they employ around 100 workers, and most of the products are placed to the market of the EU, Germany and Italy.

Prevent Group in BiH operates at 15 production locations, and besides BiH and Germany, it is also operating in Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Hungary and Austria. Prevent Group positioned itself as the leading supplier and industry leader in the CEE region and the largest private owned company in BiH, the leading exporter and main drive of the economy of BiH thanks to continuous investment in development and new projects.
