fte energetikWith the formal signing of three agreements on the procurement of transporters for needs of coal mines Kakanj, Breza and Zenica in the premises of FTE Energetik Ltd. Tuzla, the official start of production of this company have started.

Prime Minister Novalic said that the current contract, the first of this kind, is very important for the old program of the Factory of Transportation Equipment (FTE), for which this company was famous and that Elektroprivreda BiH due to the state of this FTE, was purchasing from other companies, even from abroad.

Currently, the company FTE Energetik employs 50 workers, said Novalic, noting that by the end of the year it will employ about 120 workers.

Director of Elektroprivreda BiH Bajazit Jasarevic stated that BiH needs this factory, for energy, adding that if they comply with the concept, this could be a very good project, adding that it must be managed as the private company, or by those who know how to do their job.

We must restore the engineering staff, which can do this work and then there will be more work in Elektroprivreda and coal mine Banovici than what we have now employed, said Jasarevic, adding that this might be one of the best metal industries in the FBiH.

Prime Minister of Tuzla Canton Bego Gutic said that the value of the contract that was signed between FTE Energetik and Elektroprivreda BiH is around 1.6 million BAM, and they expect the signing of another contract with the value over 4 million BAM soon.

The company FTE Energetik will initially hire 40 former employees of the company FTE, which is in bankruptcy, and 10 new workers.
