What was concluded at the 91st Session of the Council of Ministers of BiH?

council-of-ministersThe Council of Ministers of BiH, on the proposal of the Ministry of Communications and Transport, adopted the Decision on determining the use of part of funds of accumulated surplus of income over expenditure of the Regulatory Agency for Communications of BiH for funding the second phase of digitization in the amount of 1.4 million BAM.

The Council of Ministers of BiH defined a Proposal Agreement between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on cooperation in the field of tourism, aimed at improving bilateral relations in this field.

In accordance with this agreement, the two countries will encourage the bilateral tourist exchanges, promotion of cooperation and establishment of direct links between tourism bodies, authorities, operators and they will allow simplification of procedural and documentary formalities in tourist traffic on a reciprocal basis.

The Council of Ministers of BiH adopted the Information of the Ministry of Communications and Transport in relation to the application of the Ordinance on the conditions for licensing and qualification card of a driver.

The Council of Ministers of BiH, on the proposal of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury, adopted a decision to start the joint sale of buildings of the diplomatic and consular property of the former Yugoslavia for which there is no interest of any successor states of former SFRY.

They accepted the joint sale of facilities of the former Yugoslavia, including Permanent Mission to the UN and residences of Permanent Representatives of Yugoslavia to the UN in New York; Embassy in Bonn, as well as embassies and accompanying residences in Tokyo and Bern.

The Council of Ministers in 2015 for Roma people approved 2,750,000.00 BAM, for their housing 1,670,000.00 BAM, for their employment 700,000.00 BAM, for health care 350,000.00 BAM and 30,000.00 BAM for updating data on the needs of Roma people.

Within the project “Housing of Roma people in BiH in 2015” is planned construction and reconstruction of 48 housing units and 11 infrastructure projects in 19 cities/municipalities and Brcko District.

The Council gave the green light for continuing the process of introducing quality management in institutions of BiH and supported the continuation of cooperation with the European Resource Centre for CAF and participation in activities of the working structures in the area of quality management in the framework of the European Union Public Administration Network (EUPAN).
