Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Denis Zvizdic, met with the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Policy and Security, Federica Mogherini, yesterday in Brussels.
They talked about the current situation in BiH and the latest developments on the European path of BiH. The High Representative of the EU, Federica Mogherini, congratulated the adoption of the set of laws on excise duties, which represents a very important step in the economic development of our country.
Zvizdic and Mogherini agreed that BiH must continue with the positive momentum in order to get closer to the EU.
Zvizdic and Mogherini also exchanged their opinions on the topic of current political situation in BiH.
Chairman Zvizdic stated that BiH gives great importance to the political dialogue with the EU.
He also introduced the High Representative with the degree of realization of the Reform Agenda and the response to the Questionnaire of the EC. He stated that BiH is waiting for the announcement of the strategic document on expansion and noted that he believes that the Strategy will reflect a clear support to the perspective of the enlargement of the EU to the area of Western Balkans.
The High Representative of the European Union and the Vice President of the European Commission, Federica Mogherini, met with Prime Ministers of the Western Balkans countries on an informal dinner.
