joblistingThe conference “Labor and Employment” will be held today in Sarajevo within the conference series “Economic and legal issues in context of EU integration of B&H”, organized by the Joint Commission for economic reforms and development of B&H Parliamentary Assembly with representatives of Foundation Konrad Adenauer in B&H and the Project of strengthening government institutions of B&H.

One of the biggest problems that B&H is facing, and that is the slowing down of economic development, stability and progress towards the EU is the fact that B&H is one of the countries with the highest unemployment rate in Europe. The highest unemployment rate is partly due to the relations of the labor market needs and the labor force offer in B&H.

This conference aims to encourage stakeholders to consider various options to overcome this problem and to propose concrete solutions. The exchange of the experience of relevant stakeholders would help in planning guidelines for initiating planned developments in B&H.
