Organized by the Joint Commission for Economic Reform and Development, and in cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Foundation and USAID’s project of strengthening Parliament in BiH, a conference was held in Sarajevo yesterday called “Development Strategies of BIH and Experiences of the Region”.
This is the eight in a series of conferences that were held under the general name “Economic and Legal Issues in the Context of the EU Integration of BIH”.
There were presentations at the conference and discussions on the topics “Macroeconomic indicators and economic trends” and Development strategies and competition in BiH”, during which it was said that to start planning, economic development is very important to set the priorities in order to achieve faster and better quality progress.
It was also pointed out at the conference that the exchange of experiences from the region, and the opinions and recommendations from experts, is of huge help for the planning of the necessary steps to facilitate the accession of BiH to the EU.
