A conference will be held on Jahorina tomorrow of the court presidents on the topics of “Reducing number of old cases”, which is part of a project financed by the EU “Strengthening BiH Judiciary” and “Improving Efficiency of the Judiciary”.
This project is financed by Norway and Sweden.
At the conference, results of the work of the court will be presented regarding old cases during 2012 and the previous work of the Permanent Commission for the Efficiency of the Judiciary, announced the BiH High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council.
Results of the application instructions for developing a plan for resolving old cases and complaints of citizens regarding the old cases will be presented.
In the introductory part of the conference, there will be addresses by: President of the BIH High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council Milorad Novković, Senior Program Manager at the Department of Justice of the EU Delegation to BiH Una Kelly, and the First Secretary in the Sector for Development and Cooperation of the Swedish Embassy to Sarajevo Jonathan Francis.
