Constitutional Court of FBiH on Issue of Vital National Interest of Croats

constitutional courtCouncil for the Protection of Vital Interests at the Constitutional Court of the Federation of BiH will hold two public discussions today on cases that were launched by Croat caucuses in the Sarajevo Canton Assembly and Tuzla Canton Assembly.

First case refers to request of Croat Caucus in the Sarajevo Canton Assembly for determining vital national interest of Croats in procedure of considering the Bill on the Lease of Apartments.

Second public discussion refers to request of Croat Caucus in Tuzla Canton Assembly for determining vital national interest of Croat people in procedure of adoption of amendments to the Rulebook of the Tuzla Canton Assembly in March 2013.
