Citizens of Kuwait are taking advantage of the visa-free regime, they are coming as tourists, businessmen or investors. The newest luxury settlement intended for citizens of Kuwait is constructed in Ilidza, works are still ongoing and it will be completed in August.

The company Al Diyar Real Estate& Al-Diyar Construction, which is building the settlement, was founded in 2013 and at the beginning they were dealing with marketing. However, director of the company J Abdullah Al-Kulaib said that after seeing the possibilities and opportunities, they decided to build a residential settlement. They started the project of the settlement Almontaza – Ilidza on the area of 80 hectares.

In accordance with the interest of the citizens of Kuwait, said Al-Kulaib, which gave them further impetus, investments started to increase. After that, they decided to expand the resort to another 60 hectares and named it Ilidza Pearl Resort, a luxury resort with five stars. The construction of the village started in May 2015, and the value of the investment is 13 million EUR.

Houses in a residential neighborhood Almontaza – Ilidza are built on the area of 500 m2, within which is a house with the area of 120 m2. “Price of the house is around 200,000 BAM, and the price includes a complete service: the protection service, swimming pools, playgrounds, resort, social club, supermarket and everything you need in a smaller community. All the houses are luxurious, and there are also those that are highly luxurious,” said Al-Kulaib, director of the company Al Diyar Real Estate & Al-Diyar Construction, which is building the settlement.

According to him, the citizens of Kuwait love to be near the airport, around 10-20 km in the surrounding, so they are working on seven projects in Sarajevo and its close surroundings, in Vogosca, Blazuj, Hladivode, Vrelo Bosne, Ilijas, Visoko and Bojnik, where they are building settlement for the citizens of Oman. Al-Kulaib moved in BiH in 2014 and he stated that he loves to live here and that he has not had a single problem. “My entire family came here and bought houses, because they love BiH,” said Al-Kulaib.
