Construction of Administrative Building of New Company “Zadrugar” in Mali Sitneši to Begin Soon

srbacThere are discussions these days for the arrangement of a location of the former barracks of the RS Army in Mali Sitneši for the construction of an administrative building for the new company “Zadrugar”, as well as refrigerators and 60 greenhouses, announced on the website of municipality Srbac.

At the same time, property relations is being solved and the registration of potential employees. It is expected that around 100 people would be employed in this factory, and around 65 people in the first phase. Đuro Usorac, a farmer from Sitneš, has been elected as the Acting Director of the company.

The owner of this company is municipality Srbac of 20 percent, while investors that will finance the construction of greenhouses will ensure the rest, 80 percent.

“We are slowly addressing the problem of property because 12 hectares are needed, and the best areas have been issued under concession. However, I do not doubt that the problem will be solved and that we will successfully realize this project, because in our efforts we have the support of all more important institutions at the local and state level’’, said the Mayor of Srbac Drago Ćirić.
